I support clients in fostering resilience and in building more meaningful, connected relationships. I provide therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families in English and Spanish. In therapy, I take a supportive, curious, non-judgemental stance.

My clients struggle with issues related to depression, anxiety, loss and bereavement, adoption and foster care, psychological trauma, problematic behaviors, childhood development, parenting, and everyday stressors.

Informed by psychodynamic, systems, and cognitive behavioral theories, I strive to understand each client as a unique individual in their own context. I believe in the power of the human spirit to strive toward growth and connection and take great joy in supporting my clients on their path.
